We're usability specialists

Our directors, Ali Carmichael and Damian Rees have 20 years experience in delivering easy to use websites for major UK clients, including Marks & Spencer, Argos, BBC, RNLI, and Motorola. They formed the small specialist company over a whiskey or two in the seaside town of Bournemouth, Dorset, on the south coast of the UK.

Ali Carmichael

Ali is an experienced project manager who loves his Gantt charts! With 10 years experience Ali's helped deliver highly usable web experiences for some big UK clients including Highways Agency, Serco Docklands, Capita and British Heart Foundation. Ali's responsible for making sure our clients have a great experience with us.

Damian Rees

Damian is an applied psychologist but don't let that scare you, he's actually quite nice. With 10 years experience, he's worked as a usability and customer experience expert for a number of employers including BBC New Media, Wheel (LBi), and National Air Traffic Services. He's our customer experience director.
