Whatever the project, there are three core services that we offer that, when put together, provide a best practice solution to planning, creating, and executing effective digital services:

Our User Centred Process

 

1/. User research

It is important to ensure the website concept not only meets user needs and expectations, but must be delivered in a format that customers will use. Simply asking users what they want is not enough. Our user research is designed to focus on helping us design a solution, rather than gather customer opinion.

2/. Information Architecture

Even when the concept has been validated, thought must be put into designing the processes, the structure, and the pages properly. Not only to ensure each user journey is catered to and there are no surprises later on in the develop process, but to also create a working prototype that can be tested, refined and validated by the target audience.

3/. Interaction Design

Once the structure is complete, the look and feel can bring the prototype to life. Any creative must have an understanding of the research and architecture that has gone before it. This will result in a design that enhances the usability and provides a consistent user experience.

We’re not interested in design for design’s sake, and we don’t guess when it comes to designing solutions.
