What is customer requirements capture?
Understanding what customers need from a new website, product or service is critical to its success. Customer requirements capture is the process of interviewing and observing customers using similar offerings to understand what is frustrating, confusing, useful and not useful. The aim is to add user requirements to the project specification along with business and technical requirements.

How does it work?
Once we understand your business and the objectives for your project, we'll recruit customers to participate in the research. We will then design a research plan to establish your customers' needs and expectations. When the research is complete we'll provide a comprehensive report on what we found with the customer requirements we recommend you focus on. Finally, we'll conduct a workshop with you to prioritise the project requirements from a business, technical and customer perspective.
