Multiple Sclerosis Society

We are the UX agency for the MS Society. In the years we have worked with them, we have run staff UX training, user profiling workshops, conducted focus groups, website usability audits, and redefined the Information Architecture (IA) of the main website and the Branch Network. We are currently running focus groups and helping to define the content strategy and IA for an exciting new project.

Plan UK

Plan UK have used us mainly as a supplier of Usability Testing. Over the years we have conducted 5 separate usability tests on their website or prototypes of planned changes to their site. We have done one to one usability tests with a variety of Plan UK users, and our most recent research compared the Plan UK website with several other charity sites which compete for the same donations and support.

Cats Protection

Cats Protection were one of our first clients. We completed a competitor usability review which compared the usability of the Cats Protection website with a variety of other websites. Since then we have helped them focus on who their users are with user profiling, and most recently have delivered an online usability test with 20 charity users.

British Red Cross

We worked with British Red Cross on a series of projects where we tested a re-design of the main website along with the transactional website offering First Aid training. We conducted several usability tests with charity users to help them make positive improvements to the performance of their sites.

Charities Aid Foundation

Over the past two years we have worked closely with Charities Aid Foundation to deliver four usability tests of their website. We tested a variety of different charity users ranging from businesses looking to implement donation programs to high net worth individuals looking to donate large sums to charities
