Enjoy England case study

Enjoy England case study

Client statistic

"The drop-off figures for the home page have reduced from 31% to 19%"

Project Summary

Following some customer research, it was apparent that The Enjoy England home page was not meeting the needs of its users. Their brand and design partner, Aqueduct, asked Experience Solutions to help them to understand how to redesign the home page to be more successful.

With very little time and a minimal budget, we produced a User Experience Audit project to establish the current usability issues, the user functionality needs, and how to prioritise the new home page layout.

We produced simple user profiles, based on previous research, and conducted a review of the typical user journeys. We then compared the journeys on the Enjoy England home page with those of similar tourist sites from around the world.

The user experience audit provided the insight to create ideal user journey maps and best practise usability recommendations, which were then concluded into a final wireframe of the new Home Page design.

Aqueduct did an excellent job in translating the wireframe into a new homepage design, and it was very well received by the Management Team at Enjoy England. The drop-off figures for the home page have reduced from 31% to 19%.
