What training & support do we offer?

We offer either individual mentoring, bespoke in-house training or spaces on our scheduled classroom training courses in Bournemouth to help you or your team take on board the core principles of user experience and service design. In addition, we offer ongoing support contracts either based on a number of hours per month or more loosely on an ad hoc basis when you need expert support from someone you know and trust.

How does it work?

We'll work with you to establish your training and support requirements and determine the best solution for you. Our one-to-one mentoring and bespoke in-house training will be designed specifically to your needs, and our range of classroom training courses set out the fundamentals to give you all the knowledge and skill to focus your services on what your customers really need. Our support packages offer you the flexibility to call on an expert when you really need help, without paying for a full time service designer or user experience practitioner.
