What is usability testing?
Usability testing is a method to evaluate how easy a website is to use. We ask website users to complete tasks, typically while they are being observed by a researcher, to see where they encounter problems and experience confusion.

How does it work?
We will recruit your users to take part in the tests. We then design a test which will best answer the key questions or concerns you have about your site. You can even observe the tests as they take place, or we can provide video clips.
Once user testing is complete you'll receive a comprehensive report highlighting what users enjoyed and struggled with on your site. We will deliver a list of prioritised recommendations and work with you to draw up a usability improvement action plan.
