Project Summary
VoucherSeeker approached Experience Solutions to help them make the most of their website traffic. Ed Hall, Director at VoucherSeeker asked, “Is there anything that could lead to more people successfully navigating themselves through the site and off to their selected merchant, where they can make a purchase?”
With a limited budget to work with, we confirmed the project objectives and looked at how we could answer the specific questions VoucherSeeker.co.uk had about the usability of their website.
Experience Solutions created a usability project that not only provided a usability audit of voucherseeker.co.uk, but also include a comparative review of three competitor sites. On top of this, we managed to gain insight from real users with our un-moderated usability survey project.
Taking the findings from all the research, we provided a report to allow VoucherSeeker to review all the results. We also provided usability recommendations that were prioritised from a user perspective.
